Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 100% cold-pressed pomegranate juice
  • 0.5 cup freshly squeezed blood orange juice
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1.5 cups sparkling mineral water
  • 0.25 cup frozen organic raspberries
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint

Instructions:

  1. Place two large coupe glasses or champagne flutes in the freezer for at least 5 minutes to maintain carbonation and temperature.
  2. In a small pitcher, combine the 1 cup pomegranate juice and 0.5 cup blood orange juice.
  3. Add the 1 tbsp raw honey to the juice mixture.
  4. Stir until no streaks of honey remain at the bottom.
  5. Pour the juice through a fine mesh strainer into a clean serving pitcher. Note: This ensures a velvety texture without ginger bits.
  6. Chill the base. If not serving immediately, pop this mixture into the fridge for 30 minutes.
  7. Slowly pour the 1.5 cups sparkling mineral water into the juice base.
  8. Use a long spoon to fold the liquids once or twice until the color is uniform but bubbles remain active.
  9. Place 2-3 frozen raspberries into the bottom of each chilled glass.
  10. Divide the punch between the glasses and top with a sprig of fresh mint.
