Ingredients:
- 2 lbs center-cut salmon fillets, skin-on
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Use a paper towel to pat the salmon fillets completely dry on all sides. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and melted butter until smooth and glossy.
- Brush a generous layer of the glaze over the top and sides of each fillet.
- Place the fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes.
- Turn the oven to Broil for the final 2 minutes, watching closely until the glaze bubbles and turns a deep mahogany brown.
- Remove from the oven when the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare/medium.
