Ingredients:

  • 4 corn tortillas (6 inch / 15 cm)
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Lightly brush both sides of each tortilla with avocado oil or use an oil spray.
  2. Sprinkle sea salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika evenly over the oiled surface and press gently with fingers to adhere spices.
  3. Place tortillas in the air fryer basket, slightly curving the edges upward for stability.
  4. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes until the edges are deep golden-brown and the center is rigid.
  5. Remove shells with tongs and place on a wire rack for 2 minutes to cool and harden.
