Ingredients:
- ½ cup (120 ml) extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup (60 ml) apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey.
- Whisk the ingredients together until well blended.
- Stir in the minced garlic (or garlic powder) and mix to incorporate.
- Taste the dressing and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- If not using immediately, transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before using.
