Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup (60 ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until well blended.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic (or garlic powder) and mix to incorporate.
  4. Taste the dressing and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  5. If not using immediately, transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before using.
