Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Add minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, paprika, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
- Coat chicken pieces in the sauce, reserving some for basting. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes or up to 2 hours in the fridge for more flavor.
- Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place marinated chicken on the grill. Cook for 5–7 minutes per side, basting with reserved sauce until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from grill, let rest for a few minutes, and serve with remaining sauce on the side.
