Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Add minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, paprika, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Coat chicken pieces in the sauce, reserving some for basting. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes or up to 2 hours in the fridge for more flavor.
  3. Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Place marinated chicken on the grill. Cook for 5–7 minutes per side, basting with reserved sauce until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove from grill, let rest for a few minutes, and serve with remaining sauce on the side.
