Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onions to the skillet, cooking until they are translucent.
  4. Stir in the diced potatoes, frozen vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in the cream of mushroom soup until the mixture is well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
