Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions to the skillet, cooking until they are translucent.
- Stir in the diced potatoes, frozen vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix in the cream of mushroom soup until the mixture is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
