Ingredients:

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Aperol
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice

Instructions:

  1. Place your coupe or martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes, or fill with ice while you prepare the drink. Chill Glass.
  2. Add bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and fresh lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Combine Ingredients.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice. Add Ice.
  4. Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until well-chilled. Shake Well.
  5. Remove the glass from the freezer or empty the ice. Double strain the cocktail into the chilled glass using a cocktail strainer. Strain.
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist, if desired. Garnish (Optional).
