Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop (approx. 30g) Vanilla or Unflavored Whey Protein Powder
  • ½ cup (75g) Frozen Kale, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup (120g) Greek Yogurt, plain, non-fat
  • ½ Frozen Banana (approx. 60g), sliced before freezing
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Almond Butter
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Chia Seeds
  • Optional: a few drops of liquid Stevia or honey, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add almond milk, protein powder, kale, Greek yogurt, frozen banana, almond butter, and chia seeds to the blender.
  2. Secure the lid on the blender and blend on high speed until completely smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. Taste the smoothie and add a few drops of Stevia or honey if needed to reach your desired sweetness.
  4. If you added sweetener, blend briefly to incorporate.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy right away!
