Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 scoop (approx. 30g) Vanilla or Unflavored Whey Protein Powder
- ½ cup (75g) Frozen Kale, roughly chopped
- ½ cup (120g) Greek Yogurt, plain, non-fat
- ½ Frozen Banana (approx. 60g), sliced before freezing
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Almond Butter
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Chia Seeds
- Optional: a few drops of liquid Stevia or honey, to taste
Instructions:
- Add almond milk, protein powder, kale, Greek yogurt, frozen banana, almond butter, and chia seeds to the blender.
- Secure the lid on the blender and blend on high speed until completely smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
- Taste the smoothie and add a few drops of Stevia or honey if needed to reach your desired sweetness.
- If you added sweetener, blend briefly to incorporate.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy right away!
