Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60ml) brewed strong coffee, chilled (or cold brew concentrate)
- 1.5 oz (45ml) Pumpkin Spice Liqueur (e.g., Hiram Walker, or homemade)
- 1 oz (30ml) Milk (Dairy or Non-Dairy- your choice)
- 0.5 oz (15ml) Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice Cubes
- Whipped Cream (Optional)
- Pumpkin Pie Spice (Optional)
- Cinnamon Stick (Optional)
- A small wedge of fresh pumpkin (Optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare strong coffee and chill it completely. This can be done ahead of time.
- Add chilled coffee, pumpkin spice liqueur, milk, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into your glass filled with ice.
- Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, and a cinnamon stick. You could even add a very small, thin wedge of fresh pumpkin to really sell the theme.
