Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- Water (enough to cover the eggs)
Instructions:
- Gather eggs and water.
- Fill the pot with enough water to cover the eggs by about an inch.
- Place the pot on the stove over high heat and bring the water to a rolling boil.
- Once boiling, gently lower 4 eggs into the water using a slotted spoon. Cook for 4-6 minutes for soft boiled eggs.
- Following the same steps, lower 4 eggs into the boiling water for hard boiled eggs. Cook for 9-12 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, prepare an ice bath while the eggs are cooking.
- Once cooked, remove eggs from boiling water and immediately place them in the ice bath for 5-10 minutes.
- Gently tap the eggs to crack the shell and peel under running water if needed. Serve as desired!
