Ingredients:
- 1 Ciabatta Roll
- 4 oz High-Quality Mortadella, thinly sliced
- 2 oz Provolone Cheese, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Tapenade
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Optional: Arugula or other leafy greens
Instructions:
- Slice the ciabatta roll horizontally. If desired, lightly toast the cut sides in a toaster or panini press until golden brown.
- Spread the olive tapenade evenly on one or both cut sides of the bread.
- Arrange the provolone cheese slices on top of the tapenade.
- Layer the mortadella slices on top of the cheese, creating a generous pile.
- If using, add a handful of arugula or other leafy greens on top of the mortadella.
- Lightly drizzle the mortadella (and greens, if using) with extra virgin olive oil.
- Close the sandwich with the other half of the ciabatta roll. Cut in half (optional) and serve immediately.
