- 1/2 cup ice cubes (approximately 60g / 2.1 oz)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness), approximately 21g / 0.7 oz
Instructions:
- Combine Ingredients: Add the banana, peanut butter, milk (or dairy-free alternative), ice, and honey/maple syrup (if using) to the blender.
- Blend: Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness as needed. Add more honey/maple syrup if desired, or a little more peanut butter for a stronger peanut butter flavor.
- Pour and Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with a sprinkle of chopped peanuts or a banana slice if you're feeling fancy.
