Ingredients:

  • 4 Vienna Beef hot dogs
  • 4 poppy seed hot dog buns
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup sweet green pickle relish
  • ¼ cup chopped white onion
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 4 kosher dill pickle spears
  • 4 sport peppers
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt

Instructions:

  1. Chop the onion, wedge the tomatoes, and gather all the remaining toppings in separate bowls.
  2. Heat the hot dogs using your preferred method (boiling, steaming, grilling). Cook until heated through and plump.
  3. If desired, lightly steam or microwave the poppy seed buns for a softer texture.
  4. Place a hot dog in each bun.
  5. In the following order, top each hot dog with yellow mustard, sweet green relish, chopped white onion, tomato wedges, a kosher dill pickle spear, and sport peppers.
  6. Finish each dog with a generous sprinkle of celery salt.
