Ingredients:

  • 24 mini pretzels (roughly 100g)
  • 24 Rolo candies (about 250g)
  • Sea salt for sprinkling (to taste)
  • ½ cup (85g) chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Arrange pretzels: Place the mini pretzels on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Add Rolo candies: Unwrap and place one Rolo on each pretzel.
  5. Bake: Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the Rolos are soft but not completely melted.
  6. Press: Remove from the oven and gently press another pretzel on top of each Rolo, forming a sandwich.
  7. Cool and garnish: Allow to cool for a few minutes. If desired, sprinkle with sea salt or chopped nuts before serving.
  8. Enjoy: Serve warm or at room temperature.
