Ingredients:
- 24 mini pretzels (roughly 100g)
- 24 Rolo candies (about 250g)
- Sea salt for sprinkling (to taste)
- ½ cup (85g) chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Arrange pretzels: Place the mini pretzels on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Add Rolo candies: Unwrap and place one Rolo on each pretzel.
- Bake: Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the Rolos are soft but not completely melted.
- Press: Remove from the oven and gently press another pretzel on top of each Rolo, forming a sandwich.
- Cool and garnish: Allow to cool for a few minutes. If desired, sprinkle with sea salt or chopped nuts before serving.
- Enjoy: Serve warm or at room temperature.
