Ingredients:

  • 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 ounces strawberry gelatin
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, finely diced
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl add the pineapple and strawberry gelatin. Mix with a spatula until fully combined.
  2. Fold in the marshmallows and strawberries until fully combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
  4. Can be eaten immediately, but is best served chilled in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
