Ingredients:
- 12 oz (340g) dark chocolate, chopped (at least 60% cacao recommended)
- 4 oz (115g) white chocolate, chopped
- Halloween sprinkles (bats, ghosts, spiders, etc.)
- Candy corn (optional)
- Mini marshmallows (optional)
- Pretzel pieces (optional)
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. (Or melt using a double boiler).
- Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly to about ¼-inch thickness.
- Melt the white chocolate in a separate microwave-safe bowl, in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. (Or melt using a double boiler).
- Pour the melted white chocolate into a zip-top bag. Snip a tiny corner off the bag. Pipe concentric circles of white chocolate over the dark chocolate base.
- Using a toothpick or skewer, drag the toothpick from the center of the circles outward, creating a spiderweb effect. Repeat around the entire circle.
- Immediately sprinkle with Halloween sprinkles, candy corn, mini marshmallows, and/or pretzel pieces.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
- Once the chocolate is completely set, break it into pieces and serve.
