Ingredients:

  • 12 oz (340g) dark chocolate, chopped (at least 60% cacao recommended)
  • 4 oz (115g) white chocolate, chopped
  • Halloween sprinkles (bats, ghosts, spiders, etc.)
  • Candy corn (optional)
  • Mini marshmallows (optional)
  • Pretzel pieces (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. (Or melt using a double boiler).
  3. Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly to about ¼-inch thickness.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a separate microwave-safe bowl, in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. (Or melt using a double boiler).
  5. Pour the melted white chocolate into a zip-top bag. Snip a tiny corner off the bag. Pipe concentric circles of white chocolate over the dark chocolate base.
  6. Using a toothpick or skewer, drag the toothpick from the center of the circles outward, creating a spiderweb effect. Repeat around the entire circle.
  7. Immediately sprinkle with Halloween sprinkles, candy corn, mini marshmallows, and/or pretzel pieces.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
  9. Once the chocolate is completely set, break it into pieces and serve.
