Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces (340g) high-quality white chocolate, chopped
  • 4 ounces (113g) high-quality dark chocolate, chopped (60-70% cacao)
  • Optional: Candy eyeballs
  • Optional: Chocolate spider candies

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Be careful not to overheat!
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate in a separate microwave-safe bowl, following the same method as the white chocolate.
  5. Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the white chocolate in concentric circles.
  6. Using a toothpick or skewer, drag it from the center of the circles outwards, creating a spiderweb pattern.
  7. Arrange candy eyeballs and/or chocolate spiders on top of the bark while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Refrigerate the bark for at least 1 hour, or until completely set. Once set, break the bark into pieces.
  9. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
