Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60ml) Tequila Blanco (Silver tequila)
- 1 oz (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz (22ml) Agave Nectar (or simple syrup)
- 1/2 cup (approximately 80g) Fresh Mango, diced
- 1/4 - 1/2 small Fresh Red Chili, thinly sliced (adjust to your spice preference)
- Optional: Tajin seasoning for rimming the glass
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- In the cocktail shaker, muddle the diced mango and sliced chili until well mashed.
- Add the tequila, lime juice, and agave nectar to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
- Close the shaker tightly and shake well for 15-20 seconds, until well chilled.
- If desired, rim the glass with Tajin seasoning. To do this, rub a lime wedge around the rim and then dip it into a shallow dish of Tajin.
- Double strain the margarita into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a mango slice and a chili slice.
