Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) Raw Shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp (14g) Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp (5g) Smoked Paprika
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 8 oz (225g) Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Ranch Dressing
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Sour Cream
  • 1 cup (113g) Sharp Cheddar Cheese, freshly shredded
  • 1 cup (113g) Mozzarella Cheese, freshly shredded
  • 1/4 cup (25g) Green Onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp (10g) Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the chopped shrimp, garlic, and paprika. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until opaque and pink but not fully curled. Remove from heat immediately.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and sour cream. Use a spatula or hand mixer to fold the ingredients together until smooth and fully incorporated with no visible lumps.
  3. Fold the seared shrimp and half of the shredded cheese blend into the creamy base. Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x9 inch baking dish and top with the remaining cheese. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the top is golden-brown.
