Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) Raw Shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp (14g) Unsalted Butter
- 1 tsp (5g) Smoked Paprika
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 8 oz (225g) Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Hot Buffalo Sauce
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Ranch Dressing
- 1/4 cup (60g) Sour Cream
- 1 cup (113g) Sharp Cheddar Cheese, freshly shredded
- 1 cup (113g) Mozzarella Cheese, freshly shredded
- 1/4 cup (25g) Green Onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp (10g) Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the chopped shrimp, garlic, and paprika. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until opaque and pink but not fully curled. Remove from heat immediately.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and sour cream. Use a spatula or hand mixer to fold the ingredients together until smooth and fully incorporated with no visible lumps.
- Fold the seared shrimp and half of the shredded cheese blend into the creamy base. Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x9 inch baking dish and top with the remaining cheese. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the top is golden-brown.
