- 1 tub (8 oz) Whipped Topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 large Egg, room temperature
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar (for coating)
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar (for coating)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, thawed whipped topping, egg, and vanilla extract. Fold gently with a silicone spatula until no dry streaks of flour remain.
- Place the sticky dough in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Using a 1.5 tablespoon cookie scoop, portion the dough into balls.
- Roll each ball first in granulated sugar, then heavily in powdered sugar to ensure a distinct crinkle effect.
- Place on baking sheets and bake for 10 minutes until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
