Instructions:
- Carefully measure all spices (Chilli Powder through Cayenne Pepper) into the mixing bowl or storage jar.
- Use a small whisk or spoon to blend all the spices together until the colour is uniform and there are no pockets of a single spice remaining.
- Taste Test (Optional but recommended): Take a tiny pinch and taste it. Adjust salt or cumin as needed.
- Store: Transfer the finished Homemade Fajita Seasoning Mix to an airtight container. Label clearly.
- Application Note: When using, mix about 2-3 tablespoons of this mix per pound (450g) of protein or vegetables, often combined with a splash of oil and lime juice.
