Ingredients:

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Tortilla chips, pita chips, or fresh vegetable sticks (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Thaw and drain the frozen spinach; use paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese.
  3. In the bowl with cream cheese, add sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the slow cooker, spreading it evenly.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring halfway through until the cheese is melted and the dip is bubbly.
  6. Once done, stir again and serve warm with your choice of chips or veggies.
