Ingredients:
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Tortilla chips, pita chips, or fresh vegetable sticks (for serving)
Instructions:
- Thaw and drain the frozen spinach; use paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese.
- In the bowl with cream cheese, add sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the slow cooker, spreading it evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring halfway through until the cheese is melted and the dip is bubbly.
- Once done, stir again and serve warm with your choice of chips or veggies.
