Ingredients:
- 300g fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Wash and trim the green beans. Slice the bell pepper and onion; julienne the carrot. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- In a wok or large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger to the pan; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the onion, carrot, and bell pepper; stir fry for about 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Toss in the green beans and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes until vibrant and tender-crisp.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables; stir to coat and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired before serving.
