Ingredients:
- 4 oz (120 ml) Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer
- 1 oz (30 ml) Grenadine Syrup
- 2-3 Maraschino Cherries, plus a splash of the cherry juice
- Ice cubes
- (Optional) Orange slice or lime wedge for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the ginger ale or ginger beer.
- Gently pour the grenadine syrup over the ginger ale/beer. Avoid pouring directly on the ice, let it cascade down the side of the glass.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients. Aim for a uniform colour.
- Add the maraschino cherries (and a splash of the cherry juice) and optional orange slice or lime wedge.
