Ingredients:
- 2 cups (240g) Powdered Sugar, sifted
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Milk
- 2 tablespoons (30g) Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions:
- Sift the powdered sugar into the mixing bowl to avoid lumps.
- Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stovetop and let cool slightly.
- In the bowl with the sifted sugar, add the melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and glossy. Add more milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, if the glaze is too thick.
- Dip the tops of your cooled donuts into the glaze, letting the excess drip off. Place the glazed donuts on a wire rack to set.
- Allow the glaze to set for about 15-20 minutes, or until it's no longer tacky to the touch.
