Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) Unsweetened Almond or Oat Milk
  • 1 medium (100 g) Ripe Banana, frozen
  • 1 cup (150 g) Mixed Berries, frozen (e.g., raspberries, blueberries)
  • ¼ cup (60 g) Plain Greek Yogurt (2% or higher fat)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds (Optional)
  • ½ – 1 teaspoon Pure Maple Syrup or Honey (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare and Measure Ingredients: Ensure the banana and berries are properly frozen. Measure out all liquids and dry ingredients precisely.
  2. Load the Blender: Pour the Almond/Oat Milk (Liquid Base) into the blender jar first. Then add the Greek Yogurt, Maple Syrup/Honey (if using), and Chia Seeds (if using). Add the Frozen Banana (broken into large chunks), and finally, top the jar with the Mixed Berries.
  3. Blend to Perfection: Secure the lid firmly. Start blending on a low speed for 10–15 seconds to break up the frozen fruit. Increase the speed to high and blend continuously until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform in colour (30–45 seconds).
  4. Check Consistency and Serve: Check the texture; it should be thick, cold, and easily pourable. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass or jar and serve immediately.
