Ingredients:

  • 24 square pretzels (e.g., Snyder
  • s snaps)
  • 24 Rolo candies (about 8 oz or 225 g)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (about 60 g)
  • Sea salt (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it lightly with cooking spray.
  3. Place the pretzels in a single layer on the lined baking sheet.
  4. Unwrap the Rolo candies and place one on each pretzel.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes, or until the Rolos are slightly softened but not completely melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and use the back of a spoon to gently spread the melted chocolate over the pretzel. Sprinkle chopped pecans or a pinch of sea salt on top.
  7. Allow the pretzels to cool at room temperature until the chocolate has set, about 30 minutes. Alternatively, refrigerate for faster setting.
  8. Once set, serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature.
