Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the green beans in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until tender-crisp and slightly browned.
- Remove from oven and toss immediately with Parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
- Serve immediately.
