Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the green beans in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until tender-crisp and slightly browned.
  5. Remove from oven and toss immediately with Parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
  6. Serve immediately.
