  • 1 cup spinach, fresh, washed (30g)
  • 1/2 green apple, cored and chopped (75g)
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped (75g)
  • 1/4 lemon, peeled (no seeds) (15g)
  • 1/2 inch ginger root, peeled (5g)
  • 1/4 cup water, filtered (60ml)
  • Recipe 2: Citrus Zing
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented (150g)
  • 1/2 grapefruit, peeled and segmented (100g)
  • 1/4 lime, peeled (no seeds) (15g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (1g)
  • Pinch of black pepper (optional)
  • Recipe 3: Berry Bliss
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), fresh or frozen (150g)
  • 1/2 banana, peeled (60g)
  • 1/2 cup water, filtered (120ml)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (5g) (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash and chop all fruits and vegetables according to the ingredient list for each recipe. Peel citrus fruits, removing any seeds.
  2. Blend: Add the chopped ingredients and water (if using) to the blender.
  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth. Adjust the amount of water to achieve desired consistency.
  4. Strain (Optional): If desired, strain the juice through a nut milk bag or fine-mesh strainer to remove pulp.
  5. Serve Immediately: Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy the fruity goodness!
