Ingredients:
- 45 ml (1.5 oz) Premium London Dry Gin
- 15 ml (0.5 oz) Blue Curaçao
- 15 ml (0.5 oz) Dry Vermouth
- 1 strip organic lemon peel
- 2 cups high-quality ice
Instructions:
- Place a coupe or martini glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes before mixing to ensure it is piercingly cold.
- In a thick-walled mixing glass, combine the London Dry Gin, dry vermouth, and blue curaçao.
- Fill the mixing glass 3/4 full with high-quality ice. Stir gently but rapidly with a bar spoon for 30 seconds until the mixing glass is frosty.
- Using a julep strainer, pour the liquid into the pre-chilled coupe glass.
- Express the oils from the lemon peel over the surface of the drink and drop the twist into the glass.
