Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces (60ml) Blanco Tequila (100% agave recommended)
  • 1 ounce (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice (approximately 1 large lime)
  • 4-6 ounces (120-180ml) Topo Chico Mineral Water (or other sparkling mineral water - chilled)
  • Lime wedge, for garnish
  • Optional: pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Fill a highball glass or mason jar with ice.
  2. Add tequila and fresh lime juice to the glass.
  3. Fill the remainder of the glass with Topo Chico (or other sparkling mineral water).
  4. Stir gently to combine, taking care not to flatten the bubbles too much.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge and a pinch of salt, if desired. Serve immediately.
