Ingredients:
- 2 ounces (60ml) Blanco Tequila (100% agave recommended)
- 1 ounce (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice (approximately 1 large lime)
- 4-6 ounces (120-180ml) Topo Chico Mineral Water (or other sparkling mineral water - chilled)
- Lime wedge, for garnish
- Optional: pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Fill a highball glass or mason jar with ice.
- Add tequila and fresh lime juice to the glass.
- Fill the remainder of the glass with Topo Chico (or other sparkling mineral water).
- Stir gently to combine, taking care not to flatten the bubbles too much.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a pinch of salt, if desired. Serve immediately.
