Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets, 6 oz each, skin-on
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Pat the salmon fillets bone-dry with paper towels to ensure skin crispiness.
- Rub the olive oil over the flesh side of the fillets and season with kosher salt and cracked black pepper.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Brush a generous layer of the honey-soy glaze evenly over the top of the fillets.
- Place the fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the glaze bubbles and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) at the thickest part.
