Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets, 6 oz each, skin-on
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Pat the salmon fillets bone-dry with paper towels to ensure skin crispiness.
  2. Rub the olive oil over the flesh side of the fillets and season with kosher salt and cracked black pepper.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
  4. Brush a generous layer of the honey-soy glaze evenly over the top of the fillets.
  5. Place the fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the glaze bubbles and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) at the thickest part.
