Ingredients:

  • 30g chocolate whey or casein protein powder
  • 5g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1g baking powder
  • 30g plain Greek yogurt
  • 15ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 5ml maple syrup
  • 0.5g salt
  • 15g dark chocolate chips
  • 5ml water

Instructions:

  1. Combine the protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt directly in a microwave-safe mug. Whisk until no clumps remain.
  2. Stir in the Greek yogurt, almond milk, and maple syrup. Mix vigorously until the batter is smooth and glossy.
  3. Fold in the dark chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  4. Microwave on high for 45 to 60 seconds. Stop the timer when the edges are set but the center still looks slightly glistening.
  5. Let the brownie rest for 60 seconds to allow the residual heat to set the center to a velvety consistency.
  6. Add water to the top for a melted look if desired.
