- 30g chocolate whey or casein protein powder
- 5g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1g baking powder
- 30g plain Greek yogurt
- 15ml unsweetened almond milk
- 5ml maple syrup
- 0.5g salt
- 15g dark chocolate chips
- 5ml water
Instructions:
- Combine the protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt directly in a microwave-safe mug. Whisk until no clumps remain.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt, almond milk, and maple syrup. Mix vigorously until the batter is smooth and glossy.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Microwave on high for 45 to 60 seconds. Stop the timer when the edges are set but the center still looks slightly glistening.
- Let the brownie rest for 60 seconds to allow the residual heat to set the center to a velvety consistency.
- Add water to the top for a melted look if desired.
