Ingredients:
- 115g (4 oz) blue cheese, crumbled
- 115g (1/2 cup) sour cream
- 60g (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Place the blue cheese into a mixing bowl. Use a fork to further crumble it into smaller pieces if needed.
- Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice to the bowl with the blue cheese.
- Gently combine all ingredients until well blended, but don't overmix. A little bit of texture is welcome.
- Add the chopped parsley, chives, and black pepper to the mixture.
- Give the dip a taste and adjust seasoning as needed. You might want a touch more lemon juice or a pinch of salt if your blue cheese isn't particularly salty.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (longer is better!) to allow the flavors to meld.
- Remove from fridge 10 minutes before serving. Give it a little stir and serve the best ever blue cheese dip!
