Ingredients:
- 1 (16 ounce/454g) bag frozen broccoli florets, thawed slightly
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
- ½ teaspoon salt (2.5g)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (1.25g)
- Optional: ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (1.25g)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly thaw the broccoli florets and pat them very dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with olive oil, minced garlic (or garlic powder), salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Make sure every floret is coated!
- Spread the broccoli in a single layer on the baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender-crisp and lightly browned, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Serve immediately while it's still hot and crispy.
