Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C, fan 180°C).
- Pat the sausages dry with kitchen paper and optionally brush with olive oil.
- Arrange the sausages evenly on a baking tray or on a cooking rack for extra crispiness.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning the sausages halfway through for even browning.
- Check doneness: the sausages are done when golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) or juices run clear.
