Ingredients:
- 2 large ripe bananas, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup (120g) natural, xylitol-free peanut butter
- 1/4 cup (60ml) plain, unsweetened yogurt (Greek or regular)
Instructions:
- Peel and roughly chop the ripe bananas into chunks.
- Combine the chopped bananas, natural peanut butter, and plain yogurt into a high-powered blender or food processor.
- Process the mixture until it is completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the blender as necessary to ensure no banana lumps remain.
- Carefully spoon or pour the mixture into silicone molds or small, sturdy paper cups, leaving a little headroom for expansion.
- If using cups, insert a popsicle stick halfway through the mixture.
- Place the molds flat in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours, or until completely frozen solid.
- To serve, briefly run the bottom of the mold under warm (not hot) water to help release the frozen treat. Serve immediately to your dog.
