Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (90g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup (125g) creamy peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup (110g) honey
  • 1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
  • ½ cup (85g) dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ tsp (1.5g) sea salt
  • 1 tbsp (8g) chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  2. Fold in the rolled oats and sea salt, stirring until the oats are completely saturated and no dry pockets remain.
  3. Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips and chia seeds until evenly distributed.
  4. Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it between your palms to form a smooth, tight sphere.
  5. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and transfer to the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
