Ingredients:
- 1 cup (90g) old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup (125g) creamy peanut butter
- ⅓ cup (110g) honey
- 1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
- ½ cup (85g) dark chocolate chips
- ¼ tsp (1.5g) sea salt
- 1 tbsp (8g) chia seeds
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Fold in the rolled oats and sea salt, stirring until the oats are completely saturated and no dry pockets remain.
- Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips and chia seeds until evenly distributed.
- Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it between your palms to form a smooth, tight sphere.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and transfer to the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
