Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (227 g) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese and Greek yogurt.
  2. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Using a whisk or fork, mix until well combined and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. Transfer the dip into a small serving dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Drizzle honey over the dip, and if desired, sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
  6. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
