Ingredients:
- 8 oz (227 g) feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Greek yogurt (plain)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) fresh thyme leaves (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese and Greek yogurt.
- Add the olive oil, lemon juice, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Using a whisk or fork, mix until well combined and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Transfer the dip into a small serving dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Drizzle honey over the dip, and if desired, sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
- Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
