Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: ¼ cup chopped fresh dill for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop the dill pickles and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  3. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  4. Stir in chopped dill pickles, dill pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill weed.
  5. Add salt and pepper, adjusting to your preference.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle chopped fresh dill on top if desired, and enjoy!
