Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- ¼ cup dill pickle juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: ¼ cup chopped fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
- Finely chop the dill pickles and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in chopped dill pickles, dill pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill weed.
- Add salt and pepper, adjusting to your preference.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, sprinkle chopped fresh dill on top if desired, and enjoy!
