Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh or canned corn (300 g)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened (240 g)
  • ½ cup sour cream (120 g)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (100 g)
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled (75 g)
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped (15 g)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (5 g)
  • 1 tsp onion powder (5 g)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add corn, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions to the mix.
  4. Gently fold all ingredients together until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and smooth the surface.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
