Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh or canned corn (300 g)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened (240 g)
- ½ cup sour cream (120 g)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (100 g)
- ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled (75 g)
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped (15 g)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (5 g)
- 1 tsp onion powder (5 g)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add corn, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions to the mix.
- Gently fold all ingredients together until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and smooth the surface.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
