Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups (225g) white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup (75g) unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 cup (100g) chopped nuts (e.g., pecans or almonds)
  • ½ cup (70g) mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup (75g) colorful holiday sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and cubed butter.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
  4. Once melted, stir in chopped nuts, marshmallows, and half of the sprinkles.
  5. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle remaining colorful holiday sprinkles on top of each treat.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
  8. Once set, break apart if needed and enjoy!
