Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups (225g) white chocolate chips
- ½ cup (75g) unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 cup (100g) chopped nuts (e.g., pecans or almonds)
- ½ cup (70g) mini marshmallows
- ½ cup (75g) colorful holiday sprinkles
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and cubed butter.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
- Once melted, stir in chopped nuts, marshmallows, and half of the sprinkles.
- Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle remaining colorful holiday sprinkles on top of each treat.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
- Once set, break apart if needed and enjoy!
