Ingredients:

  • 14.3 oz OREO Cookies (standard)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Oreo crumbs for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place the OREO cookies into a food processor and pulse until reduced to fine, sandy crumbs. Reserve 2 tablespoons of crumbs for garnish.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese to the crumbs in the food processor and pulse until a uniform, dark, and pliable dough forms without white streaks.
  3. Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into a 1-inch ball. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 15-20 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Dip chilled balls into the chocolate, tap off excess, and sprinkle with reserved crumbs before the coating sets.
