Ingredients:
- 14.3 oz OREO Cookies (standard)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate melting wafers
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Oreo crumbs for garnish
Instructions:
- Place the OREO cookies into a food processor and pulse until reduced to fine, sandy crumbs. Reserve 2 tablespoons of crumbs for garnish.
- Add the softened cream cheese to the crumbs in the food processor and pulse until a uniform, dark, and pliable dough forms without white streaks.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into a 1-inch ball. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 15-20 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Dip chilled balls into the chocolate, tap off excess, and sprinkle with reserved crumbs before the coating sets.
