- 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
- 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup or Honey (optional sweetener)
Instructions:
- Lay the Foundation: Add the almond milk and fresh lime juice into the base of the blender jug.

- Adjust Consistency and Taste: If the mixture is too thick, add more liquid (almond milk or water) one tablespoon at a time. Taste the smoothie, and if needed, add the optional sweetener (maple syrup or honey) and blend for 5 seconds.
- Serve Immediately: Divide the Mango Banana Hemp Seed Green Smoothie evenly into two chilled glasses and serve straight away.
