Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480 ml) boiling water
- 2 tea bags (black, green, or herbal as preferred)
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) honey or agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) fruit juice (such as orange, pineapple, or berry)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon or lime juice
- Fresh fruit slices (e.g., lemon, berries)
- Fresh mint leaves
- Optional: A sprinkle of chia seeds or protein powder
Instructions:
- Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil.
- Pour boiling water over tea bags in a heatproof pitcher. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and stir in honey or agave syrup while tea is still warm until dissolved.
- Stir in fruit and citrus juices until well combined.
- Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature or chill in the refrigerator for quicker cooling.
- Pour tea over ice in glasses, garnishing with fresh fruit and mint before serving.
