Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480 ml) boiling water
  • 2 tea bags (black, green, or herbal as preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) honey or agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) fruit juice (such as orange, pineapple, or berry)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon or lime juice
  • Fresh fruit slices (e.g., lemon, berries)
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Optional: A sprinkle of chia seeds or protein powder

Instructions:

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil.
  2. Pour boiling water over tea bags in a heatproof pitcher. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and stir in honey or agave syrup while tea is still warm until dissolved.
  4. Stir in fruit and citrus juices until well combined.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature or chill in the refrigerator for quicker cooling.
  6. Pour tea over ice in glasses, garnishing with fresh fruit and mint before serving.
