Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (113g) Unsalted Butter, softened
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)
- 6-8 slices Texas Toast bread (thick-cut)
Instructions:
- Combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese (if using) in a small mixing bowl. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
- Evenly spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of Texas Toast bread.
- Place the buttered bread slices on a baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy around the edges. Keep a close eye! OR Broil on low for 2-4 minutes, keeping a close watch to prevent burning.
- Serve the Texas Toast hot and fresh immediately.
