Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Prepared Horseradish
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) Hot Sauce (Tabasco or similar)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) Smoked Paprika (optional)
- Pinch of Black Pepper
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, smoked paprika (if using), and black pepper.
- Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Add more hot sauce for heat, lemon juice for tanginess, or horseradish for a bolder flavor.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (optional).
