Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (115g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup (50g) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup (120g) mayonnaise
  • 1 (4 ounce/115g) can diced green chilies, undrained
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely diced (about ¼ cup diced)
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (about ½ cup crumbled)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Optional garnish: chopped green onions, extra crumbled bacon, sliced jalapeños

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, mayonnaise, diced green chilies, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions, extra crumbled bacon, or sliced jalapeños.
  6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
