Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (115g) shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup (50g) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ cup (120g) mayonnaise
- 1 (4 ounce/115g) can diced green chilies, undrained
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely diced (about ¼ cup diced)
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (about ½ cup crumbled)
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- Optional garnish: chopped green onions, extra crumbled bacon, sliced jalapeños
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, mayonnaise, diced green chilies, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions, extra crumbled bacon, or sliced jalapeños.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
