Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Honey
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) Paprika
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the Dijon mustard and Yellow mustard.
  2. Pour in the honey, making sure to scrape the jar clean.
  3. Add the mayonnaise.
  4. Pour in the Apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar.
  5. Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  7. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning (honey for sweetness, vinegar for tang) to your liking.
  8. For best flavor, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld (optional).
  9. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
