Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Honey
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) Garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) Paprika
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add the Dijon mustard and Yellow mustard.
- Pour in the honey, making sure to scrape the jar clean.
- Add the mayonnaise.
- Pour in the Apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar.
- Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning (honey for sweetness, vinegar for tang) to your liking.
- For best flavor, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld (optional).
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
