  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) honey
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
