- 1/4 cup (60ml) honey
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
